petitioner maintained that heritage and historical places should be the ownership of the federation according to the constitution. The petitioner requested that the court should issue orders for stopping the changes in the cultural heritage and constructions on the historical places by the provincial governments and accountability should be carried out regarding the aid received from abroad for protection of the historical places.
